Buai’s (Supt) Grandson eating spicy food which was much too spicy for me!
Dr. Ral Buai (Superintendent) and yours truly
Kids were amazed at the “coloring books” I brought. Customs Couldn’t understand that “wax crayons” were not some “prohibited item!” I also brought along with me medical supplies. Customs also wanted to know why I was carrying in 1,500 “pills” which were children’s chewable vitamins! Ha! Poor kids have a terrible time with dengue fever/ dysentery so I brought some medicine to help. We have GOT to drain the swamp around the Orphanage by next “rainy season.”
